What is 3D Secure (3DS) ?

3DS is a formal security verification that authorizes online payments by entering a password or a one-time PIN.

How to complete 3DS verification?

When the system asks for 3DS authentication, it will take you to a new web page where you will see one of two flows: a challenge flow where you will enter a PIN or one-time passcode, or a frictionless flow(Blank screen) where no explicit action is required (about 2-3 seconds), and the page will automatically jump back to Pionex.US when the authentication is complete.

What are the reasons for expired or failed 3DS verification?

Your card issuer does not support 3DS.
Your card issuer does not allow payments to crypto exchanges.
You have not entered the 3DS verification code within 15 minutes or have entered an incorrect code.

How can I solve the problem so that I can make a deposit?
