Joint Account Policy

If you have read and confirmed the Joint Account Policy of Pionex.US. It means that you have confirmed the following undertaking when you want to use a joint account.

I hereby undertake and warrant that I am fully authorized to transfer US Dollars from the joint account I used to fund to my Pionex.US account to Pionex.US or vice versa. I have full authorization to transfer money between the joint account and my Pionex.US account ( the “Joint Account Transactions”), including withdrawals and deposits.

I am fully aware of Joint Account Transactions’ risks and assume full responsibility for all the results. I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and discharge Pionex Inc. from any and all actions, suits, claims, demands, debts, liabilities, or obligations of any kind whatsoever in law or contract and causes of action of every kind and nature in connection with Joint Account Transactions, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, unanticipated as well as anticipated and that now exist. I also acknowledge, covenant, and agree that I shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pionex Inc. and its affiliates from and against any and all losses arising out of, relating to, connected with, or incidental to any breach of any undertaking made by me.

I warrant that all the information about the joint account and Joint Account Transactions is accurate and valid. Pionex Inc. is entitled to rely entirely on this undertaking.
