How to reset account password
You can reset account password from the Pionex.US web or app. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.
Web operation step
1. Go to Pionex.US and click [Sign in] – [Forgot password?]
2. Enter the email or phone number associated with your Pionex.US account, click [Next] and drag the slider to complete the verification.
3. Complete Google Authenticator verification and email/SMS verification.
4. Set the new password and click [Submit] to set it successfully.
Finally, you can click the [Sign in] and use the new password to log in to your account.
App operation step
1. Open the Pionex.US app, click on [Account] – [Sign in] – [Forgot password?] – [Continue], then enter the phone number or email associated with your Pionex.US account and click [Next step].
Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset. 2. Complete the slider verification, Google Authenticator verification, email/SMS verification, enter your new password, and finally click [Next step] to set up successfully.
FAQ
1. I can’t receive an SMS or email verification code when resetting the password.
Please check that you are logged into the correct site, as Pionex.US and Pionex are two separate sites with entirely different account systems, and Pionex.US will not send you any verification code if you apply to reset your Pionex account password on Pionex.US website/app.
If you don’t have the above situation, you can check the spam folder of your mailbox/SMS, wait for 30min and try again or set the mailbox of Pionex.US to whitelist.
2. What should I do if I get a Google Authenticator code error when I reset my password?

3. What should I do if I lose Google Authenticator and can’t reset my password?
You can contact Pionex.US Support and explain that you need to reset your password but can’t complete Google Authenticator verification, and they will provide you with a Google Authenticator reset method. Once your Google Authenticator reset is complete, you can reset your account password.
4. Why can’t I log in to my account even though I have “reset my password”?
If you encounter the following steps or emails during the password reset process, you have opened the Pionex.US Help Center system by mistake, and the password reset is invalid. In this case, we recommend you visit the Pionex.US website to request a password reset for your account.
