ACH – Multifactor Authentication Error
Pionex.US’s ACH integration process via Plaid may not support the multifactor authentication you set up on your bank account. If you encounter an error similar to the one below while attempting to connect to your bank account, it means that you have multifactor authentication enabled.
To connect your ACH account through Plaid, please temporarily disable multifactor authentication for your bank account (not Pionex.US) and try again. After completing the authentication process, please re-enable multifactor authentication through your bank.
